Looks like I got my first donation on Patreon, so I'm officially getting paid for art now. Only 2 quid a month but it's a start. So thanks <a wytiwyg="1" href="www.patreon.com/Anya_Silvermoo…>Anya_Silvermoon for the support. She's quite the talented artist herself so her account's worth a look.

Hello all! I don't post on here much but quite a bit has happened. New year, new house and now I have a new tablet. A tablet monitor to be exact. A Huion GT190s to be exact-er. Nice bit of kit but terrible software which refuses to play nice with my old Paintshop Pro setup. So new Imaging software too.

At the moment I'm giving Manga studios ago but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions to try. I'm after something easy to pick up and use without me having to spend weeks and weeks trying to figure out. I've got a lot of comics to be getting on with and the sooner I can have them looking shiny and awesome, the better.

As for what those comics are, I'm waiting for Sean to make an announcement but i can admit that Pain and Ralph are involved, mostly because I've posted little previews here, there and everywhere  . So there's something to look forward to. I wouldn't be surprised if some of you've already worked it out to be honest.

So yeah, any suggestions will be appreciated otherwise Manga Studios it is!

Hmm, I seem to have revisited an old project and ended up drawing eleven odd pages by accident.

I usually have at least three pet projects cycling through my brain. Normally it's been Tales of Sin and random Detulux Inc ideas but lately they've been joined by The Two Doctors and their shenanigans. This has caused me to look back at certain other projects that needed finishing.

So yeah, expect the epic conclusion to come at some point in the new year...

First 9 people to comment here get three things from their gallery that I choose as a feature. Anyone who does this has to re-post this in their journal with me as the first spot.

So I gave a comment on :iconjazon19:'s journal when he did this and have only just gotten around to doing it myself. My bad ^^;

Thoughts: Jazon was one of the first friends I made on deviant art. We've had a lot of laughs together and I do really admire his skills as an artist. The first piece I chose because I think it really shows off how brilliant he is at colouring his work. It's got a good texture and I love the way he's done the light ripples across the big guy's skin. I half expect him to crawl through my monitor. I chose the second piece because I'm a big fan of the way Jazon draws Pokémon. He gives them a look of realism that better suits a game that's basically cock fights with super powers by far. That and we have a similar taste in pokémon as I always chose Hitmonchan over Hitmonlee and Bulbasaur was the first pokémon I ever owned. Needless to say, it was this pic that inspired me to pick up Pokémon again. I struggled to find a third piece as there's so many pics I like. I almost went with "it's a whole new world" but everyone else chose that and I thought I'd showcase something a bit more over looked. I picked the Colosseum Teaser as I think it highlights how creative Jazon can be when making OCs. Heck, Blades has a chainsaw for a tail! What's not to love?

Hey there! If you've stumbled onto this page then I'm sure you're finding it incredibly bare right now but fear not! I am not some noob here to troll and do nothing but fave art, I have in fact been a deviant for four years already in the guise of Sam-D.

So why the new account? A change of pace, that's why. When the I-D-D is through with me, I'll begin posting comic pages here along with a selection of pencil sketches and maybe the odd poster. What comic will I be posting? The Right Brothers; a calibrative effort between myself and my beloved boyfriend The-Russian-Gestapo. The concept has been rattling around his head for over a decade and I intend to help him realise it.

So Why Psi Baka Onna? Well, Sam-d is my real name which makes in increasingly weird to be named that on the net, especially since most people go for far more imaginative names like "bleedman" or "russian gestapo". Psi Baka Onna is what I tend to go by on most forums and it stems from when I first started watching Dragonball Z. I started picking up japanese words, Baka meaning idiot and Onna meaning female. Psi is short for psychic, sci-fi fantasies being my favourite genre so Psi seemed a good nod to that. My low self-confidence demanded the baka onna be added and so from that day I became known as Psychic Idiot Female.

I like to think that it fits me pretty well.

So while I'm trying to fix up this account, feel free to trawl through the art on my old account, you may find something you like there. :iconsam-d:
