Prologue

Been a while since the last time I posted something. This was originally going to be a "web cover" dealie for the site ([link]) for the relevant part of the Mercs Tale. ([link]) No idea if Sean still wants to use it as such or if it'll just be used for the actual story so I thought I'd upload this anyway.

Technical notes: the perspective is f*cked. Clearly I need more practice with it...
